Using the service

Timeless Reader is provided for personal reading and discovery. Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access or rate limits, automate abusive traffic, or use another person's account.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for information submitted through your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

Books and third-party services

The library is assembled from works believed to be in the public domain in the United States and from openly licensed production resources. Copyright status can vary by country, so you are responsible for following the rules that apply where you live. Downloads, OAuth providers, Send to Kindle, and support payments through Ko-fi and PayPal may also be governed by their respective providers' terms.

Voluntary support

Support payments are voluntary and do not purchase access, account features, or rights to any book. Public acknowledgement is optional, subject to review, and is not a purchased benefit. One-time payments are charged when they are completed. Monthly support renews at the selected amount until it is cancelled through Ko-fi or PayPal; cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove access because the reader remains free.

Contact us if a payment was made in error or you have a refund question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Support payments are not represented as charitable or tax-deductible contributions.

The service is provided as available. Features, individual books, and these terms may change as the library develops. We will update the date above when these terms materially change.
